The Kwara Progressive Media Organization (KPMO) in the continuation of its door-to-door mobilization campaign recently flagged off in Tsaragi, Edu Local Government Area of Kwara State
had also visited Lafiagi, Gbugbu, and Likpata communities to drum up support for the APC presidential candidate, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq, and all other APC candidates in the State.
This was disclosed by the Convener of the Organization, Usman Lade, on Wednesday evening at the State capital in Ilorin.
Lade reiterated that the move was to express a preference for the APC consideration in its laudable achievements recorded over the years both at the Federal and State level and to further sensitize and mobilize their people on why APC remained relevant for continuity and consolidation in the State and beyond.
The mobilization team during its campaign to Gbugbu, a commercial center and one of the communities visited also inspected the Gbugbu International Market and the Kwara Digital Literacy Centre currently under construction by the administration of Mallam Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq which is expected to be commissioned and put to use soonest.
The traditional ruler of Lipkata, Alhaji Jubril Mohammed during the mobilization tour on behalf of the entire community appreciated Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq for his timely interventions at all times and for always bringing dividends of democracy to their steps.
“The Governor has always been there for us and we’ll be an ingrate if we fail to reward him with our votes as a sign of appreciation to continue the work he has started beyond 2023”, he said.
The door-to-door mobilization campaign is expected to cut across all the nooks and crannies of the entire Local Government Areas of the State according to the Convener of the Organization.
