The Kwara State APC Campaign Spokesperson, Mrs Oyeyemi Olasumbo Florence has organized the media parley to re-strategize for the reelection of Kwara State Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq in the forthcoming 2023 General Election.

Mrs Florence while welcoming people, appreciated the presence of invitees, adding that “thank you for honouring my invitation to this media parley at such short notice”.

Mrs Florence said this media parley was mainly organized to interact and get feedback on our activities, policies and achievements in office and to further seek your support in the coverage of our re-election campaigns.

She further said in his speech that “this media parley with journalists is to first appreciate you all for the support we have enjoyed from you all in this first tenure and to subsequently, seek your continuing collaboration for our re-election as we seek mandate renewal come 2023”.

“We are here to celebrate our achievements and to also tell you that we are fully prepared to deliver when given a second mandate riding on the back of our successes and achievements and the collaborative efforts of the media in ensuring a consistency and balanced reportage of the administration of Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq”, she said.

She also noted that the opposition Party in Kwara State will remain the opposition by next year. Your feedback so far has been balanced and objective, free of guile and bile and for the collectively beneficial and progressive purpose of democracy. They have told lies and postured in such a manner as to hoodwink the public into believing that the entire Kwara is tired of our amiably quiet and effective governor.

He, however, urged the media to work collectively and devote more commitment as the campaigns commence.
