The Kwara state commissioner for Works, Engineer Rotimi Suleiman Illiasu has been nominated for the conferment of the Prestigious Honourary Fellowship Grade by the Nigerian institution of Mechanical Engineers. (NiMechE).

It would be recall that early this month dated 6th September 2022, the commissioner bagged an Excellent award of Leadership by the Nigerian Society of Engineers in Abuja; the honorary Fellowship conferment is coming on the heel of distinguished personalities who have excelled in various spheres of practice.

The conferment ceremony is scheduled to take place during the forthcoming International Conference and Annual General meeting of the Institution at the International Conference Centre, University of Ibadan from 18th – 21st October 2022.

However, Hon Engr Rotimi was very delighted to receive the nomination of Prestigious Honourary Fellowship Grade, added appreciated His Excellency, Mallam Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq for the opportunity given to him to contribute progressively to the development of Kwara State.

He further gave kudos to the executives and other members of Nigeria Institution of Mechanical Engineers for the well done job and the honour given to him to deserve the nomination of Honourary Fellowship Grade.
