Hon. Salahuddeen on Friday 18 March 2022 rejoiced with Dr. Alimi AbdulRasaq as he turbaned as the second Mutawali of Ilorin Emirate.

He described the newly Mutawali of Ilorin as a man who stand in upholding the human dignities and never ceased in contributing progressively to the development of Ilorin and Kwara state at large.

“The Emir of Ilorin, Alhaji Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari said Dr. Alimi AbdulRazaq and the AbdulRazaq of Ilorin deserve the honour from Emirate for their enormous contributions to the Ilorin, Kwara State, and Nigeria as a whole”, he added.

“AbdulRazaq’s family deserves the honor received today from the people of the Ilorin Emirate. May Allah bless the position. I believe the family will continue to contribute to the development of Ilorin Emirate, Kwara State, and Nigeria in general,” the monarch said.

“I hereby commended the Emir of Ilorin for the honour given to Dr. Alimi as newly appointed Mutawali of Ilorin and also appreciated the great personalities for coming to honour the Emirate on the historic occasion”, he concluded.
