Today dated the 30th of April 2022, the Prudent Watch received a press report of Ambassador Sulaimon Lekan Gadaf who released a statement declaring his intention to contest as a member representing Afon Constituency at Kwara State House of Assembly in the 2023 general Elections under the All Progressives Party (APC) platform.

“As we all know, proper representation makes a better society and the good people of Afon in Asa Local Government Area of Kwara State should not experience otherwise”, he said in his released statement.

He made mention of how his constituents have experienced what he termed “irresponsive representatives” and they do themselves only with what suits their personal ambitions without reservation for the constituents.

“I believe the time for better change is now! It’s now we can make the right change that would make our constituency an enviable place to be in Kwara State”, he furthered.

He then advised that the above said is only possible if they vote him, Sulaimon Lekan Gadaff as a member of the Kwara State House Assembly to represent the committed people of Afon Constituency.

“As a youth leader, community development advocate, and young politician, I’ve realized that our good intention alone is not enough to drive our society forward; our participation in moving our immediate society forward should be the dream of every well-meaning individual”, Gadaf expressed.

The aspirants then called on party elders, religious leaders, stakeholders, women, and youths of his constituency to support his ambition. “I always know that we cannot have a better society if we despise living together in unison”, he disclosed.

“It’s time for our constituency to be great again!”, the statement concluded.
