The All Progressives Congress Candidate for Odo-Ogun Constituency in Oyun Local Government Area of Kwara State, Hon. Musa Atoyebi has been presented with certificate of return as dully elected candidate by the Independent National Electoral Commission INEC.

Prince Atoyebi reclaimed his mandate following the ruling at the Court of Appeal, where he was declared winner of the election while the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP candidate, Otunba Taye Afolabi was asked to vacate the seat.

Speaking to newsmen at the INEC office in Ilorin, the APC Chairman for Oyun Local Government, Mr kamar Akanbi described the emergence of Prince Musa Atoyebi as a true reflection of what transpired during the House of Assembly elections which was manipulated, but thank God that truth has prevailed at the end.

Also speaking, another APC stalwart in Oyun Local Government, Mr Abdulrauf Abdulkareem, said that the lawmaker performed well during his first tenure and assured the people of Oke-Ogun Constituency a greater representation this time around.

The lawmaker, Prince Atoyebi who said he is short of words, thanked Allah for the victory and the people of Odo-Ogun Constituency for their support.

The certificate of return was presented to Prince Musa Atoyebi by the Kwara State INEC Resident Electoral Commissioner, Alhaji Muhammed Abubakar-Sadiq.
