Nigerian Bar Association, Ilorin Branch held her 2022 election yesterday, dated 29th of June, 2022 at Bar centre, NBA Secretariat, Ilorin.

Barr Kamaldeen Gambari got 206 votes while his opponent, Bar Olasunkanmi Olorunnisola got 101 votes.

Therefore, Barr Kamaldeen Gambari has been announced as a chairman of the Nigerian Bar Association, Ilorin branch in the just concluded election.

Other Executive members elected to positions are Aishat Omotayo Saad, Vice Chairman; Taofiq K. Olateju, Secretary; Adisa Abdulrafiu Bello, Assistant Secretary; Abubakar A. Katibi, Financial Secretary; Musa Ridwan, Publicity Secretary; Taiwo A. Hammed, Social Secretary; Sekoni Saad Isiaq, Treasurer; Olamide M. Sulyman, Welfare Secretary and Adejoke E. Raji, Provost.

However, Barr Kamaldeen, the newly elected chairman of the Nigerian Bar Association appreciated the support of his fellow students for this victory, urged his executive members to work together to achieve greatness for the association and further advised his running mate not to see himself as a looser, that God gives power and position to whom he wants saying our main priority is to serve the people of Nigerian Bar Association.
