°Seeks support for Gov Abdulrazaq

Members of the Youth Wing of the Federation of Muslims Women Association of Nigeria (FOMWAN), Kwara State Chapter, have been charged to emulate the virtuous of great women in Islam.

The Commissioner for Tertiary Education, Dr. Alabi Afees Abolore gave the charge while declaring the 2022 FOMWAN Youth Camp open in Ilorin, the Kwara State Capital.

As Muslim youths, Dr. Abolore encouraged them to participate in politics, considering the female gender inclusiveness in the Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq-led Administration.

The Commissioner further encouraged the Muslim youths to support Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq’s re-election bid come 2023, so that they can continue to enjoy more dividends of democracy.

Earlier, the keynote speaker of the body, Dr. Azeezat Amoloye-Adebayo in her address titled, Youth and the Challenges of Modern Age in a Dynamic Society, called on Muslim youths to be steadfast and avoid any act capable of jeopardizing the Islamic injunctions of an ideal Muslim woman.
