Engr Suleiman Rotimi Iliasu, the Kwara State commissioner for Works and Transport has felicitated the director, Civil Engineering of Kwara State Ministry of Works and Transport, Engr. Biliaminu Folorunsho on his recent elevation and position that was given to him as the Secretary of the Nigerian Institute of Civil Engineers (NICE), Ilorin Chapter, Kwara State.

Hon Iliasu described the Secretary of the Nigerian Institute of Civil Engineers (NICE), Engr Biliaminu as a man who has proven that Kwara State Minister of Works and Transport has been consistent in delivering the core mandate of the present administration of Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq under our leadership.

He further wished him a successful tenure in office, adding that we know you will serve with the same passion and excellence that you’ve been known for and also looking forward to seeing your outstanding performance as a Fellowship Status of the Nigerian Society of Engineers that was conferred on you.

“This again is an attestation to Abdulrahman in human capital by the administrations of Mallam Abdulrahman AbdulRazaq”, he said.
