As the election of leadership of various structures of governance at the national level thickened, the All Progressive Youth Forum (APYF) Kwara state chapter has urged the leaders and stakeholders of the party from the state to rally support across boards to ensure the emergence of His Excellency Mallam Abdurahman Abdulrazaq as the next Chairman of the Nigerian Governors Forum.

The call became necessary in order to invigorate such an important Forum towards having effective leadership, which can be achieved by having a personality of Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq as the Chairman of the Forum who will bring robust and qualitative leadership style that will transform the way in which the Forum conducts it activities.

Kwara APYF stressed that the high negotiation skills of Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq, his focus and goal oriented habits will go a long way in enhancing the influence of the forum in the national decision making process, while also uniting the membership of the Forum who are from diverse socio-political and economic environment.

Kwara APYF further urged the President-elect, His Excellency Bola Ahmed Tinubu to give the Kwara State Governor the needed support to emerge as the Head of the Governor Forum in appreciation of the votes that led to the victory of President elect in Kwara State.
