The Ilorin South Supervisor for Education, Hon. Abdullateef Kuburat has successfully organized an entrepreneurship training scheme themed; 110 Youth Skills Acquisition Programme and Exhibition. Which was held between 15th August and 20th of August, 2021.

The Exhibition and Skill Acquisition programme was being centered on equipping and training beneficiaries with the art of Paint Production, Culinary, Chalk Making, H/Appliance, and C/Production. These opportunities were opened to all citizens across Ilorin South Local Government area of Kwara State.

The motive of the Programme was simply to promote not only creativity, but to make citizens of the Local Government well-groomed and self reliant in problem-solving and being independent thereby creating more opportunities to enrich themselves and contributing a quota of development to their immediate community.

After the completion of the program which went on for a duration of two months, the Certificate of Participation and cash benefits for empowerment was doled out and awarded to the fully participating individuals. This is being assumed to be a payback for their level of commitment and good character being exhibited during the course of the programme.

In line with one of the Cardinal objectives of Mallam Abdulrahman AbduRazaq, The Exceutive Governor Of Kwara state to build a sensitized and independent community of entrepreneurs, the beneficiaries expressed their utmost and sincere vote of gratitudes to the brain behind the scheme for making it a benefitting and Sustainable one.
