Kaiama, Kwara State Hon. Ahmad Muhammad, popularly known as Dan Masani Gwanabe, has called on residents of Kaiama Local Government Area and all Kwarans to take immediate steps to register and obtain their Permanent Voter’s Cards (PVCs) as the next electoral cycle approaches.
Speaking in a statement released on Friday, Hon. Muhammad described the PVC as the strongest tool citizens have to influence positive change and ensure their voices are heard in governance.
“Our PVC is not just a card it is our power, our voice, and our weapon for shaping the direction of our communities and our state,” he said.
“I call on all eligible voters in Kaiama to take advantage of the ongoing registration exercise to secure their PVCs and prepare to make informed choices at the polls.”
He also commended His Excellency, Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq CON, the Executive Governor of Kwara State and Chairman of the Nigeria Governors’ Forum, for his visionary leadership and unwavering commitment to transforming the state.
“Governor AbdulRazaq’s dedication to the welfare and development of our state is unparalleled.
His leadership has given us renewed hope for a brighter and more inclusive Kwara,” Hon. Muhammad added.
Residents are encouraged to visit the INEC office in Kaiama for registration and other PVC-related processes.
“This is our chance to take ownership of our democracy and collectively shape the future of Kwara State.
Let us get registered, collect our PVCs, and be ready to vote for a better tomorrow,” he concluded.
