The Special Assistant to the Kwara state governor on Stakeholders Engagement Seeks Emir of Ilorin’s Blessing During Courtesy Visit.
Hon. Lagbe Abubakar Sulyman, the Special Assistant to the Kwara State Governor on Stakeholders Engagement, recently paid a courtesy visit to the Emir of Ilorin, HRH, Dr. Ibrahim Sulu Gambari, to seek royal blessing and the Emir’s support in the course of his assignment.
During the visit, the Emir expressed his happiness at the progress being made by the youth of Ilorin in attaining key political positions, and he prayed for Hon. Lagbe’s success in his duties.
“I am very happy to see the youth of Ilorin attaining key political posts,” the Emir said. “I pray for your success in the course of your assignment, and I declare my support for you.”
The Emir also prayed for all well-wishers, friends, and family who accompanied the Special Assistant on the visit.
In his response, Hon. Lagbe expressed his gratitude to the Emir for his support and blessing, and he promised to work diligently to achieve the government’s goals of promoting community participation in governance and fostering sustainable development in Kwara State.
