•••Says Gov is reciprocating the uncommon support he received from the people through the Otoge shibboleth

The chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC, and House of Representatives member representing Baruten/Kaiama Federal Constituency of Kwara State, Hon. Mohammed Omar Bio, fcpa, iion, has felicitated Kwara’s performing governor and amiable leader, Mallam Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq, on his three (3) years anniversary of unprecedented selfless services to the state and humanity as a whole. The was contained in a congratulatory message received by the Prudent Watch through his legislative aide on Media, Publicity and Strategic Communications, Comr. Seko Jibril Gure.

In the statement received, he described the governor as a leader per excellence who has invested wholly in the emergence of wise and far-reaching plans for the social and economic prosperity of Kwarans.

“Congratulations on the 3rd anniversary of your impeccable governance and selfless service to the people of Kwara State. These 3 years of your leadership have been a highly auspicious model of administration,” Hon. Bio said.

“Kwara State, under your leadership as a governor, has witnessed the emergence of wise and far-reaching plans for the social and economic prosperity of Kwarans across the board. It has been a period of laying firm foundations for the future of a great Kwara State. In essence, it is a period of the state taking her place with prominence in the comity of leading states in Nigeria,” he added.

The lawmaker, while showering the governor with encomiums, urged him to remain steadfast in the service of the people, adding that the evil plans of the political enemies has failed to stress that progressive Kwarans are solidly behind him in his desirous voyage of a Kwara that works for all and generations to come.

“The boasts by your detractors were empty. Devious schemes were plotted. People in high places were perjured and the media was procured to ensure that Kwarans, especially electorates, were incited against you but all failed. You came out stronger and victorious against all political odds,” the lawmaker noted.

“Your Excellency sir, your administration has continued to prioritize human capital development. There’s a tremendous improvement in health care delivery system, education, agriculture, workers’ welfare, youth empowerment, economic prosperity, construction of roads, among others,” he observed.

“You have also exhibited good faith in the prompt payment of Kwara workers even on the implemented #30’000 minimum wage. Yes, prompt payment of workers’ salaries is a feat in today’s Nigeria where some states are in arrears of 3-6 or more months, including states where the #30’000 minimum wage is yet to be implemented. Every progressive Kwaran is proud of your untiring efforts to keep the state moving up. They are solidly behind you on your desirous journey of building a Kwara that works for all and generations to come,” he stressed.

The Dan Madami of Ilesha-Baruba further noted that the governor has reciprocated the uncommon support he enjoyed from the people through the otogo shibboleth in the application of the instruments of good governance via his numerous projects across the state, adding the governor has redefined governance.

“Considering your application of the instruments of good governance through the numerous projects across the state have, no doubts, reciprocated the uncommon support you received from the people via the otoge shibboleth. Kwarans are appreciative of your justification of the confidence and trust reposed in you despite all hurdles.”

“My governor sir, 3 years of your leadership has given Kwara the portrait of good governance. Your legacies across the state have promulgated and provoked serious study for your governor colleagues in other states. It is needless to mention your various projects because it will be impossible to articulate the cumulative magnitude of your developmental strides on this congratulatory message.”
