The Kwara State All Progressives Congress (APC) Chairman, Prince Sunday Fagbemi, has celebrated the party’s five years of governance in the state, hailing Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq’s leadership as “transformational.”

Fagbemi, in a speech at a media engagement to mark the party’s five-year anniversary, said the APC has made significant strides in the state despite economic challenges. He praised the governor’s “people-focused, pro-masses, and pro-development” government, which has prioritized the welfare of public sector workers, promoted private sector growth, and invested in socioeconomic development.

The chairman highlighted the party’s achievements, including the construction of roads, flyovers, and infrastructure projects, as well as initiatives in education, healthcare, and social welfare. He also commended the governor’s leadership style, saying he has “restored the dignity of the Kwara person” and made the state a “home for all.”

Fagbemi urged party members and stakeholders to continue supporting the governor and working towards the party’s success in the upcoming local government elections.
