The Kwara State Government is set to engage community leaders, party stakeholders and other interest groups on the Renewed Hope Ward Development Programme as part of efforts to deepen grassroots development across the state.

The stakeholders’ meeting is scheduled for Saturday, January 17, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., and will take place at the Renewed Hope Secretariat, Sayomi Road, along Fate Road, G.R.A., Ilorin, according to information made available by the organisers.

The engagement is expected to provide an opportunity for participants to better understand the objectives of the ward-based programme and to share their views on how it can effectively address the needs of local communities.

The initiative aligns with the Renewed Hope agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the development drive of Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq.

Organisers say the meeting will focus on open dialogue and collaboration, as the state works to ensure that development efforts are people-driven and felt at the ward level across Kwara.
