The family of late Admiral Mohammed Alabi Lawal, has extended its gratitude to the Kwara state government, for honoring their patriarch by naming the new state secretariat in the state after him.

In a statement signed by the scion of the late Governor, Hakeem Oladimeji Lawal, and made available to the press, the family appreciated the state government for recognizing late Lawal’s contributions to Kwara.

“The entire family of the late Admiral Mohammed Alabi Lawal, extends our gratitude to the Kwara State Government for the honor bestowed upon our patriarch.

“The naming of the new state secretariat after him is in recognition of his immense contribution to the development of modern Kwara. May Allah continue to grant him eternal mercy and sustain his enduring legacy.”
