Today dated the 15th of January 2022, the Magaji Ngeri ward organized a prayer for the deceased Kwara State House of Assembly House Leader, Honourable Abubakar Magaji Olawoyin, a honourable representative of Magaji Ngeri Constituency, at their secretariat.

The prayer gathering has the presence of Hassan Gegele, AbdulRahaman Serikin power, Magaji Ngeri elders, leaders, and notable members.

The prayer was centered on forgiveness for the late honorable and for him to meet the blessings of the Almighty. The prayer was extended to his family and all his remaining belongings. ” May Almighty Allah continues to be with his family, and may his protection on them and his properties”, the clerics prayed.

After the prayer, a remark was made by Lawyer Kunle Sulyman, one of the leaders of the wards. He revealed to the audience that they have been a discussion between him and the late honorable about working towards the oneness of the ward based on the existing factions which are not helping the ward politically as at present.

“He’s a great man and we have had everything planned out which were on the verge of sharing with the ward. It’s so sad it’s not destined that we will make this happen together”, he said.

“Based on the resolutions on ground, they have been concluded that Ofooro should continue as the Chairman of the ward and the former factional Chairman, Kashi should come in as the Youth Leader for APC Ilorin West LGA”, he explained further.

The resolutions were accepted by the audience, and all differences were brought down for the sake of peace and prosperity.
