The recently concluded APC party primaries across Kwara state has produced a grassroots mobilizer and community development advocate,Mrs Maryam Wasiu as the flag bearer of the party in Moro local government.

Mariam Wasiu is well known for her community development services and strong mobilizer for youths and women in Kwara state.

Hon.Mariam Abdulwasiu is also an experienced local government administrator having served as permanent member at the Kwara State Local Government service commission.

She has assisted in facilitating many developmental projects in various Moro communities and also empowered many women and youth across Moro local government.

Her emergence as APC candidate in Moro local government is a great deal for APC as she is going to be credible and sellable candidate.
