MOK Foundation Donates Cash to Offa Volleyball Club

The Offa Volleyball Club (OVC), led by Coach Sulaiman Ajeigbe, popularly known as Coach Soba, has earlier today a courtesy visit today to Alhaji (Qs) Muhydeen Okunlola Kayode, the founder of the Muhydeen Okunlola Kayode (MOK) Foundation and principal partner of Luxiar Construction Ltd, at his office in Abuja.

The visit coincides with the team’s participation in the 2024 Comptroller General of Customs Volleyball Premier League, where they have successfully advanced to the second phase. OVC has demonstrated exceptional performance, finishing at the top of the men’s group with ten wins and only one loss. The next phase of the league is scheduled to take place from November 4th to 17th, 2024.

In his address during the visit, Alhaji Muhydeen Okunlola Kayode congratulated the Offa Volleyball Club on their impressive achievements in the ongoing league and their consistent success over the years.

He urged the players to continue striving for excellence, emphasizing the critical role of youth in community development and encouraging all individuals from Offa to remain at the top of their game.

He also stressed the importance of community involvement and the need to prioritize humanity in all endeavours.

Alhaji Kayode assured the team of his continued support, pledging that the MOK Foundation would assist the players in any way possible, including securing opportunities for them overseas if such opportunities arise.

To further support the Club, he generously donated N150,000, reaffirming his commitment to their success and the broader goal of fostering community development through sports.
