Arc Aliyu Muhammad Saifuddeen (FNIA) is an exemplary and legendary leader, who has been tested in different capacities and delivered impressively.
His efforts and participation in politics in the 2019 General election make him recognised by the administration led by Kwara State Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq and he was appointed as a Commissioner for Environment where he was able to perform and delivered extremely well which his outstanding legacy still stands firm that his successors are following up till today.
He further served in the Ministry of Local Government Chieftaincy Affairs and Community Development where he used his unique experience to rebuild the structure that will benefit Kwarans and now in the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development, performing extraordinarily and doing what Kwara State can lay on to be progressive and productive.
Arc. Saifuddeen’s capacity and capability were not limited to only the Kwara State because his forby qualities, previous records and achievements make his followers entrust and paving way for him to represent the good people of his region at the Federal Republic of Nigeria in the coming 2023.
Hon Saifuddeen is currently a fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Architects (FNIA); the prestigious and coveted college of the Institute which is the highest membership cadre conferred on him in 2019; a record time of 10 years post registration with the Institute from the year 2009 when he got registered as a Member (MNIA).
Furthermore, his registration with the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON); the regulatory body of architectural practice in the country licensed him by the law of the Federal Republic of Nigeria to practice architecture at the highest level in the country.
He was once the President of the National Association of Architecture Students (NAAS) in the year 1997 to 1999 and is currently a Member of the National Executive Council of the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA); the highest decision-making body of the Institute since the year 2012 beginning as an Assistant Secretary and later to the Chair Admissions Committee an office he now holds for the second term since 2019. He is currently the Kwara State nominee to the Board of the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON).
Further, his passion and love for academic activities secured him a place with the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) to periodically be a resource person in the accreditation of Architecture programs in the Nigerian Polytechnics. He is an external examiner to some Polytechnics across the federation.
He, however, decided to establish his own companies which are duly registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) as well as the relevant professional regulatory bodies to make a meaningful impact on the economy of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The companies are as follows: Con style Services Limited, as the Managing Partner; Fiasminat Limited, as the Chairman; Kab Development Services, as a Partner.
