Who does not know Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq is performing stunningly? Something very evident like a written on the stone. People from within and outside Kwara state are increasingly admiring the good works of the sitting Governor of Kwara state, Mall. Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq . From print media to electronic, even new media are not left out. If the appreciation, commendation, and admiration is not about infrastructural developments, it’ll be about considerable investment in quality education or youth and women capacity building.
That’s Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq stylish way of making Kwarans departing old narratives that have fetched them nothing remarkable. Couple of weeks back, Gov AA commenced reconstruction of Sulu-Majidadi Street linking Taiwo road, Oja-Iya Street and Ita Amodu(Old Yidi Road). This could have been archived as one of the numerous unannounced achievements of our sitting governor, but at its worthy of mention that the road has been in the state of disrepair before his administration came on board. With yearnings and appeals from left, right and centre put before the past administration, no positive result was actualized.
A critical look at the past would have Sulu-Majidadi Street describe as muddy, difficult to walk and hideous to road users. To the glory of Almighty God who bequeathed Kwarans with a Governor with listening ears and high sense of responsiveness. One need to appreciate his endless contributions through which the prayer of inhabitants of Sulu-Majidadi community has been joyously answered.
May I also remind you of Ten (10) Blocks of classroom under renovations at ECWA School in the same Badari ward. Gov AA remain the only governor who has been very kind to Badari ward in terms of political appointments, social investment benefits, youth capacity building and the host of others.
Without any iota of reservation, I stand firm on behalf of the entire people of Badari Ward, Ilorin West Local Government to appreciate this swift action taken by the governor, his close to the people’s style and approachable personality which have won unanimous praise from all Kwarans both home and diaspora.
One good turn they say, deserves another. In the light of this, we express our sincere gratitude and high respect to the leader who support the public welfare. We hope to receive many of this developmental strides in our community, Ilorin West and Kwara state at large.
