As organisers of the Kwara Social Innovation Challenge and Symposium, we believe that innovative solutions is the basis of social development. However, due to unforeseen events, we wish to announce the indefinite postponement of the challenge and symposium earlier slated for Sunday, December 5th, 2021.

The chief organiser, Mallam Mohammed Brimah, the General Manager of Kwara State Social Investment Programme (KWASSIP) sadly lost his mother yesterday, with burial procession and rites still ongoing.

At this time, we wish to stand with the Chief organiser in mourning and support, and pray that the departed soul rests in solemn peace.

We appreciate all participants who have registered so far, the panelists and speakers in line and we assure
them that this postponement is not a cancellation, but a time-buy to afford the team better planning and execution given the sudden tragedy.

A new date would be communicated as soon as possible
