The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Patigi Local Government Area of Kwara State has officially unveiled a 76-member campaign council ahead of the forthcoming local government elections.
This council, spearheaded by a grassroots politician and the immediate past TIC Chairman of Patigi LGA, Alh. Ibrahim Liman, as Campaign Director General, comprises seasoned party loyalists and grassroots mobilizers, is set to lead the charge in ensuring a resounding victory for the APC in Patigi come September 21st, 2024.
The campaign council will spearhead the election efforts for the party’s candidate for LG Chairman, Hon Adam Rufai and the counselorship candidates across the ten wards of the LGA, a team of visionary candidates dedicated to bringing sustainable development to the people of Patigi.
With APC being the ruling party in Kwara State under the dynamic leadership of Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, the party is confident in maintaining its stronghold in Patigi and delivering on its promise of progress and prosperity for all.
The formal flag-off of the local government campaign is scheduled for this Friday, marking the beginning of an energetic and focused campaign trail aimed at engaging with every corner of the community. The APC remains committed to continuing the good work of Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq and ensuring that Patigi LGA remains a beacon of development and good governance in Kwara State.

Swasun Mohammed (Director, Transport & Logistics); Hon Usman Yunusa-Lade (Director, Media and Publicity); Hon Fatima Asebe Jiyah (Directorate of Finance); Aliyu Zubairu Rogun (Director Youth Mobilization); Hajia Mariam Hassana Ahmed (Director Women Mobilization); Hon Liman Umar Attairu (Director Security and Protocol); and Mohammed Danjuma (Director Welfare).
