Hon (Engr) Tunde Fadipe, the Council Chairman of Isin LG of Kwara State and 2006 Graduate of Mechanical Engineering of University is presented the award of best Council Chairman in Kwara State by the Ministry of Local Government, Chieftancy Affairs and Community Development. While presenting the award to the recipient the Honourable Commissioner Arc. Aliyu Shaifudeen noted that the awardee has proven to be a reliable and loyal administrator that deserves to be commended.

He described the award as a reward for the hardwork and sacrifice. He admonished the recipient to remain focused to the policies and programs of the Governor. The commissioner who appreciated the selection committee for doing a thorough job, described the position given to Isin LG as reflection of what is expected by those who has visited Isin Local Government in the past including the Governor.

The recipient thanked the Governor, Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRasaq for giving him this wonderful opportunity to work under him and also providing him with all the necessary enablements to showcase creativity and innovation. He also thanked his cabinet members and staff of the Local Government for their support.

The award was presented in a enlarged stakeholders meeting of Kwara State Local Government. In attendance are the representative of the Governor Mallam AbdulRazaq AbdulRahman , top government functionaries, Council Chairmen, Council Secretary, DPMs and Treasurers of the Sixteen Local Government of Kwara State.
