The leading aspirant for the Ifelodun/Offa/Oyun Federal Constituency seat under the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Engr. Azeez Abiodun Olaniyan, has felicitated with Muslims across Kwara State and Nigeria at large on the occasion of this year’s Eid-el-Kabir celebration.

In a goodwill message issued on Wednesday, Engr. Olaniyan described Eid-el-Kabir as a sacred period that symbolizes sacrifice, obedience, love, and total submission to the will of Almighty Allah, as exemplified by Prophet Ibrahim (AS).

He urged Muslim faithful to imbibe the virtues of tolerance, compassion, unity, and selflessness during and after the celebration, noting that the teachings of the season remain essential to national growth and peaceful coexistence.

Engr. Olaniyan also prayed for Allah’s abundant blessings, peace, and prosperity upon every home, while asking God to continue to guide the nation’s leaders towards wisdom and good governance.

According to him, “Eid-el-Kabir is a reminder of faith, sacrifice, and devotion to humanity. I pray that Almighty Allah accepts our acts of worship and blesses our land with lasting peace, progress, and abundant grace.”

The frontline aspirant further encouraged residents of Ifelodun, Offa, and Oyun local government areas to celebrate responsibly and extend love and support to the less privileged in society.

He wished all Muslims a joyful and fulfilling Eid-el-Kabir celebration.
