•••Says Education for the Less Privileged Child is important
Quality education is one of the commitment of the foundation to the society where the foundation is always happy to play a part in initiatives that will bring forth good and hiigh-quality education.
Our shared passion in high-quality education led FEYIKEMI OLAJIDE ESTHER, a corp member serving in Ilorin south part of Kwara State to decide that her community project will focus on “Education for the Less Privileged Child.”
Every kid has the right to good and quality basic education, however many children are denied this opportunity for a variety of reasons. These kids are frequently seen working odd jobs or hawking along the road, which prevents them from attending school.
Hence, the Mo Brimah foundation decided to pursue this course and felt it appropriate to offer scholarships to students in Ilorin starting with United Community Junior Secondary School located at Unity road, Ilorin South local government area of kwara state.
Exceptional students doing well in academics and need-based students in need of financial aid were targeted beneficiaries. A selection process was carried out and final candidates were selected to benefit from the scholarship program.
The foundation also modified its plan from paying for a session to when they finish their secondary school.
Our past projects of Human Capital Development which includes Good and Quality Education led Feyikemi Esther to come to us for partnership and sponsoring the project.
The Foundation reiterated its commitment of Poverty Alleviation, Good Health, and Quality Education to the society.
