Wednesday, dated 8th March 2023, His Excellency, Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq paid a condolence visit to the people of Jimba Oja over a trailer ghastly accident on Ajase-Ipo Road that claimed the souls of father and son.

The Governor in his sympathetic speech, condoled the family, colleagues of the deceased and the people of Jimba Oja at large, and prays may Allah gives them the fortitude to bear the loss.

“It is not easy to lose both father and son at the same time. I feel your pain. It touches my heart and I pray may Allah efface their misdeeds and grant them paradise”, Gov said.

Gov Abdulrazaq further promised the commuters of traffic controllers that will decrease the high speed of trailers, buses, cars and other means of transportation.

The Prudent Watch had earlier reported that the commuters of Jimba Oja, mobilised themselves, blocked the road and protested, saying “enough is enough”.

Alfa Rasheed Shittu, the APC Ward Chairman, however, described Gov Abdulrazaq as a humble and listening man, added appreciated his visitation and what he promised the community.
