The All Progressive Youth Forum (APYF) Kwara state is set to host the Kwara APC Support Groups Conference on Monday, May 27th, 2024.

According to a statement by the Director of Media and Publicity Secretary of the Forum, the conference aims to bring together support groups on the APC platform to discuss their roles and responsibilities in strengthening democracy and good governance.

Themed “Re-engineering Support Groups in Strengthening Democracy and Good Governance,” the conference will feature an impressive lineup of dignitaries.

Among the dignitaries expected to grace the occasion are the Executive Governor Kwara and Chairman Nigerian Governors Forum, His Excellency Mallam Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq (CON) as the Special Guest of Honour, the Minister of State for Youth Development, Honourable Ayodele Olawande is to chair the conference while the Senator representing Kwara North Senator Sadiq Suleiman Umar will serve as the Guest of Honour,

The Chief of Staff to Honourable Minister of State for Youth Development, Mohammed Funsho Abdullahi will serve as the Lead Speaker of the conference, while the Chief Press Secretary to Kwara State Governor Mallam Rafiu Ajakaye will be the Guest Speaker.

While the Senior Special Assistant Media and Public Relations Comrade Jerry Kolo Majin, Special Assistant to Honourable Minister for Power Ashimu Afeez Adio and former Kwara State Labour Party Youth Leader Adeyemi Funmilayo Sofiat will feature in the Fire side session as the Editor-in-chief of Fresh Insight online News Comrade Ibrahim Sheriff Gold serve as the moderator of the session.
