An aspirant for the Irepodun Constituency seat in the Kwara State House of Assembly under the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Akeweje Olayinka Fafoluyi, has formally submitted his Expression of Interest and Nomination Forms ahead of the 2027 political process.

Fafoluyi described the development as a significant step toward realizing his ambition of representing the people of Irepodun Constituency at the state legislature.

Speaking after the submission, the aspirant stated that he has long envisioned the opportunity to serve the constituency through effective and quality representation, with a focus on addressing the challenges confronting the people.

According to him, his aspiration is driven by the desire to attract developmental projects to Irepodun, empower youths and women, and create employment opportunities for graduates and other residents of the constituency.

He noted that the formal submission of the nomination forms marks the beginning of broader consultations and engagements with party stakeholders, traditional rulers, religious leaders, and residents across the constituency.

Fafoluyi further appealed for the support and cooperation of the people in his quest to deliver purposeful representation and contribute to the growth and development of Irepodun Constituency.

He reaffirmed his commitment to inclusive leadership and sustained engagement with the grassroots as the political process progresses.
