The Ilorin Emirate for Unity and Development Initiative (IEUDI) has commended the appointment of Professor Medinat Folorunsho Salman as the inaugural Acting Vice Chancellor of the newly established Kwara State University of Education (KWSUED), Ilorin. The appointment was made by the Executive Governor of Kwara State, Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRasaq, CON.

In a joint congratulatory statement signed by the National President, Alhaji Moshood Lekan Salau, and the National Secretary, Hon. AbdulSalam AbdulRauph Abdullahi, IEUDI extended its heartfelt congratulations to Professor Salman. They described her appointment as a highly merited recognition of her outstanding academic achievements and contributions to the field of mathematics education.

The organization further urged Professor Salman, the first female professor from the Ilorin Emirate, to leverage her wealth of experience in advancing the new University of Education.
