The Speaker, Kwara State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Engr. Yakubu Danladi-Salihu, has congratulated the Muslim faithful on the occasion of the Eidul-Kabeer festival, 1447 AH.

Rt. Hon. Engr. Danladi-Salihu, who is also the All Progressives Congress Governorship candidate in the 2027 general election, prayed for Allah’s continuous blessing and peace in Kwara and across Nigeria.

“As we celebrate this blessed Eidul-Kabeer, I extend my warmest greetings to every Kwaran at home and abroad. I pray for peace and endless blessings upon our dear state and nation.”

The Speaker also enjoined Muslims to reflect on and carry the lessons of sacrifice, tolerance, obedience, endurance, and compassion beyond the festive period, and always be their brothers’ keepers while remembering those who are less privileged.

The APC Governorship candidate therefore enjoined Muslims to remember their leaders in prayer for divine wisdom and direction as they work towards moving the state and nation forward.
