The Kwara State Electoral Commission (KWSIEC) hereby announces the shifting of the training of adhoc staff originally scheduled to hold from 27th to 31st July, 2024 has been postponed till further notice for proper and adequate preparation towards the task ahead and to make the training fresh in the minds of the adhoc staff so that they can deliver their duties effectively.

The decision was also made after careful consideration of the current situation, ensuring that the health, safety, and well-being of all participants and trainers are prioritized. The Commission is committed to providing a comprehensive and effective training program to ensure the success of the upcoming Local Government Elections.

The Commission is working diligently and will provide adequate updates as soon as the needs arises for any other changes in our time table if need be. All registered participants are encouraged to stay informed through official channels for the latest information.

The Commission apologizes for any inconvenience this postponement may cause and appreciates the understanding and cooperation of all concerned. Our goal remains to equip all adhoc staff with the necessary skills and knowledge to conduct free, fair, and credible elections across the 16 Local Government Areas of the state.
